Q:I'm new, what's the quickest way to get started?
A:After you've subscribed to the service you'll need to log into your account with your username and password, which we sent to your email address.

Once logged in, we recommend that you follow these steps to get up and running as quickly as possible:

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES:
  1. Click the Products & Services tab and enter all your products and services.
  2. Click the Inventory tab if you sell products and enter your inventory.
  3. Click the Customer List tab and enter all of your clients, suppliers, and vendors.
After that you will be fully up and running!

IF YOU HAVE EMPLOYEES:
  1. Click the User Management tab and enter all your employees as users.
  2. Decide if you want them to be able to login to the system and use it. Click the "Activate" link next to their names if you want to let them login. "Deactivate" them if you don't want them to login.
  3. If you pay commission to any of your employees, click the Commission tab and assign commissions to each of your sales people.
  4. Click the Products & Services tab and enter all your products and services.
  5. If you sell products, click the Inventory Manager button on the Products & Services screen and enter your inventory.
  6. Click the Customer List tab and enter all of your clients, suppliers, and vendors.
After that you will be fully up and running!
